Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Our affiliates include CCF legal entities that utilize the names Buckeye Title Loans, California Check Cashing Stores, CashCentral, Cash 1, Cash & Go, CheckSmart, Check Into Cash, Community Choice Financial®, easymoney, Loan by Phone, Speedy Cash, Rapid Cash, Avío Credit, First Virginia Financial Services, and U.S. Money Shops.
Non Affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Non affiliates we share with can include companies that market CCF products or services on behalf of the CCF family of companies.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Our joint marketing partners include program managers for stored value cards.
All states: You may have other privacy rights in some states under state law. To the extent that such state laws apply, we will comply with them when we share information about you.
California: If your account has a California billing home address, we will not share your personal information except to the extent permitted under California law.
North Dakota: We will not disclose information about you with affiliated companies or with non-affiliated third parties, other than as required or permitted by law, without your express permission.
